We want you to love your rug — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of the sale (for in-person purchases) or within 7 days of delivery (for shipped items).
In-Person Purchases
For rugs purchased in person, you may return the item for a refund, minus a 30% restocking fee. The rug must be returned in its original condition.
Shipped Items
For rugs purchased online and shipped to you:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

A valid tracking number must be provided when the return is sent.

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund will be issued once the rug has been received and inspected to ensure it is in original, undamaged condition.
Damaged Items
Refunds will not be issued for rugs that are returned damaged, unless the damage occurred during shipping. If your rug arrives damaged:

You must provide clear photos of the damage and packaging before the return process can begin.

We’ll work with you to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
